

FLEXSPEC™ is a high-performance thermoformable sheet that combines our patented composite lattice with commercially available heavy-gauge plastic sheet, creating a structural solution that can easily replace sheet metal at a fraction of the weight. Leveraging advanced simulation tools, WEAV3D® has developed a catalog of products capable of replacing up to 14-gauge steel and 8-gauge aluminum, with no loss of bending stiffness and considerable improvements in load capacity. FLEXSPEC™ panels are available in several thicknesses and lattice spacing and can be supplied as full sheets (4’ x 8’) or half sheets (4’x4’). FLEXSPEC™ is ideal for structural housing, sporting goods, vehicle panels, and impact barriers.
